Funny people on here defended Dooley to the very end. They will do the same with Jones, the sooner the better... find someone who will win with the talent we have.

we have the wrong coach and it seems obvious but dooley is a whole 'nother level of incompetence..at a historical top 10 national program he went 3-20 in the sec..my god, and I say this only half joking...

someone hired to coach ut at random from the knoxville phone book could go 3-20 in the sec.

This fan base is about one missed field goal away from going Harvey Updyke. We are like dogs chasing the car at this point. If we ever actually win it, it will spin our heads so fast we will be standing in the middle of the road dazed and confused. This isn't college ball any more. ESPN has created something entirely new out of this program, just like they wanted. We either beat our main rival (alabama) and win the season, or we are suicidal. I will say again, ain't no college coach going to be able to handle this program. We are going to have to go after an NFL coach that can handle the scrutiny.

First find a competent chancellor, then go down to Chattanooga and bring David Blackburn home. Then have Blackburn evaluate Coach Jones and Staff. Then Blackburn should assess Jones's plans on changing not only his scheme but most importantly his unnecessary arrogant attitude. Then Blackburn will tell him you're going to hire some new assistants and we will revist this thing in a year. After a year of theres no improvement and regression like weve seen the past 2 years then Blackburn should let Jones go. Then Blackburn goes to the Boosters and ask them how important is UT football to you and he presents them with a proven hire to get the money. And we live happily ever after.

I can't get on board with saying there's been no improvement when we beat Florida and Georgia in the same season. But there needs to be changes

Let's stop acting like Butch put together a great game plan for UGA. We won on a Hail Mary and Georgiais absolute garbage. We have had zero improvement from last year and will most likely end up with the same record.

zero improvement while 3 captains are injured for multiple games?

lest you forget the only reason we needed the hail mary was because of our DB quitting on a route just moments prior.

Guess we should just cancel football, and repurpose Neyland Stadium into a soccer stadium. We need more boosters with planes. Recruit players from Columbia, Brazil, Germany, Italy,........
