Hugh Freeze at OC. Had the scandal, but the NCAA only suspended him two games as HC, which means he probably wasn't the orchestrator. He can coach all games as a coordinator. That would get me really excited to have a successful former head coach at OC. Talk about a staff.

If I am coaching 2 star players against 2 star players and I destroy them, how is it different than coaching 5 star players against 5 star players and destroying them?
If the talent level is the same (based on recruiting rankings) and I am winning big, wouldn't that imply that I am a good coach.
Helton was QB and OC at WKU where Brandon Doughty, a two star recruit competed against other 2 and 3 star recruits and threw for over 8,500 yards in two season with over 75 touchdowns.
I believe that should be evidence of Helton's capabilities.
