I don't know have not heard any thing.That being said I have heard rumors that he was being over ruled on some of his play calls.This was two weeks ago_On CSS channel 26 with charter communications.They, I noticed never cited a source.

volsfan55...the arkansas thing was a whole different animal....malzhan brought several top players with him and opened up a pipeline to that highschool

totally different animal there

I don't see a reason for him to resign. I don't think that anyone is holding him responsible for any of this mess. It took a long time to make and has been brewing for several years. He was just a victim of bad timing and nothing else.

Hope he doesnt. Im not ready to necessarilly give up on him after 5 games. Think he deserves the season at this point

Not really because it started just like this...who's calling the plays is it fulmer or is it clawson...is fulmer overriding clawson on play calling? same thing went on at arkansas.

the same thing did not go on at Arky. There was no doubt about who was calling the plays.

I would go with Fulmer butting his head in.....

Remember reading Fulmer's lips over the weekend when he told JC that is wasn't his fault....... while JC was walking over to the sideline after a horrible play.

malzhan was hired and brought mustain and d. williams with him...a pocket passer and a great receiver
mustain didn't play as much as he was told he would...they were using mcfadden alot and dick.....parents got heated because malzhan wasn't running the offense he did in high school and that is the reason their kids came there..to play in that offense..nutt wanted his offense ran....nutt burned some friend bridges....he was fired and malzhan got out of town.....as well and d williams and mustain

If ppl are threatning his family, the fans are getting out of hand

If Fulmer is overriding him on calls after Fulmer said publicily that the whole offense was Clawson's, i'd resign too.

IF FOI request for cell phone records, lawsuits, parent/AD meetings, and banners being flown over Neyland start happening, then it will be like Arkansas

I just telling you how it went down I only live in Arkansas
and listen to the sports talk all the time.
The year gus came to arkansas he was calling plays(at the start of the year)but was not running the ball the way Nutt wanted so the offense started changing and the FANS started ? who was calling the plays because it started to look like the old hogs compared to Gus offense and you all know the rest Gus left and went to tulsa!
