Clawson Pulled Stephens....

But Crompton reinforced the validity of the decision to pull him in favor of Stephens.

Ridiculous.

If Crompton provides an upgrade in "hustle" over Stephens, then "hustle" must be the uncanny ability to have passes batted down at the line of scrimmage.

Well if hustle is the issue, half of the offense should be pulled for some of the boys on the bench. I bet they'd hustle. They might not do any better, but they can't get much worse.

Not too difficult to do when they are thrown right at the def lineman.

If I remember right, Stephens was eating dirt after that INT since the OL doesn't know how to protect the QB.

Stephens is lazy. What we're looking for is hustle.....you know, the kind of hustle displayed by Crompton when he fumbled the ball and had to recover it on the next possession.

clawson taking the hit, i think all decisions go through the head coach. so more than likely fulmer gave the ok if not made the actual decision.

That is BS. So he was mad at himself for the INT, so what. As many mistakes as Crompton made during the year, look how many games they left him in before they gave Stephens a chance. You have on QB who cares (Stephens) and another who acts like he could care less (Crompton) and you reward Crompton??? BS

We can debate it all we want. This coach did this and this player did that. The most apperent thing to me is this team is in total disarray and has no leadership.

Another glaring example of a team and staff in disarray if not on the edge of a complete breakdown.

Do you think Berry wishes he was junior and could escape this debacle for the NFL?

No doubt....How many games did Crompton start before they finally realized he wasn't doing anything for TN? And how many picks did he have in those games? It absolutely blows my mind that they pulled him. IF they were going to pull him they should have put Coleman in.

It's a bit late in the game to decide to instill some accountability for play on the field.

My Lord Even I could teach a one armed monkey to pump fake. But then again Crompton thinks he is the greatest QB ever.

Did any of you enjoy the hit that Chris Culliver 17 put on Crompton last night. It was a blind side hit QB sack. Did anyone see that or enjoy it?

As a USC fan I noticed a difference in the sense of urgency that Crompton showed when he came in. And at that time Stephens really wasnt doing that much. I thought it was a lets see what he can do type thing.

No, not at all. He's a player who loves the uni., his team and coaches, and just playing the game. He's a good fan who understands the way the game works, that teams dont always win, and isnt fickle like a lot of fans get...:ermm:
