Are you being serious?

What are your constitutional gripes with her? Does she have anything on her record as bad as writing the PATRIOT Act? How does she compare to other people you think Biden might nominate?

The operative word is "relative"

Maybe confirm KBJ. If we're being honest, her record is relatively good. Who thinks Biden (or anybody for that matter) can come up with a better nominee, let alone 2? Trump picked one better and one worse.

Trump picked three. How do you rate them?

Damn, I forgot. Gorsuch is great, as far as I know. Kavanagh wrote the patriot act, so he's doing the devil's work even before he became scotus, but i have to admit i haven't paid attention since he was confirmed. No informed opinion or uninformed opinion on ACB

This is literally despicable and disgusting.

Big believer in free speech. Also a big believer in consequences of stupidity, like someone meeting ole JP hard over the middle and seeing if he can actually get up from it.

He's the wrong kinda black.

The accusation is always from some weirdo who looks like he hasn't been laid in years.
He's the wrong kind of Supreme Court Justice ... and by wrong, I mean completely disengaged from the oral arguments being presented. Historically, Supreme Court Justices use this time to ask questions of the respective counsels, and probe the legal theories being tested. Clarence, however, never utters a word, and uses this time to either catch up on some sleep, or mine his nose for boogers. Clarence never leaves the impression that he has been something other than indifferent to the proceedings. Clarence always votes with his fellow conservative Justices, while completely delegating the responsibility of his written opinions to his clerks (per a well-documented report from 2007 in The Washington Post, which Clarence never rebutted). Clarence is not exactly the hardest working man in showbiz. No such lazy a$$ person should be on our highest court.

And you have the audacity to claim the GOP is a cult.

So if there are extremist idiots on both sides of the aisle then does that mean that the democrat party is a cult as well?
I don't think you understand that a "cult" is defined by a strict obedience and devotion towards a particular person or object. In a cult, ideology is irrelevant. The litmus test for inclusion into a cult, doesn't involve anything more than unconditional loyalty and servitude to this one specific person or object. You want only what the cult leader wants. You believe only what the cult leader believes. Sen. Lindsey Graham is the perfect example of an obedient cult follower. When he doesn't think he is being recorded, and feels at ease to speak his true feelings, Graham will be critical of his cult leader, Donald Trump. He only offers praise of Trump, otherwise.... and it's clearly disingenuous. That is what a cult does to the free spirit of the individual. Graham is effectively a prisoner to his own cowardice.

When I say that the Republican Party has devolved into a cult, I'm doing so with their fealty and subservience to Donald Trump in mind. The fact that the Democratic Party has radicalized members, who frequently make illogical statements and engage in irrational behavior, is very unfortunate and worthy of scorn and ridicule, but those characteristics do not define a cult.

You simply don't understand what defines a "cult". See post #23 of this thread. You know the word "cult" has a negative connotation, but you clearly don't know what it actually means.

The democrat party is the equivalent to a religious cult
