Didn't think I'd want this game but I've been reading too much good stuff about it. About to start playing it myself. I'll some additional impressions later this evening.

I put in about 45 minutes before heading out this evening. Good stuff. I was enjoying it. Going to fire it back up in a bit and continue on with my first game. Taking me awhile to catch on to things, but it appears to be a good medium between the micro-management of the PC versions and more simple games like Risk.

I just found out about this, I have NCAA 09 pre ordered so this will be what I get when I get tired of football (AKA, I get my a$$ kicked and get tired of that)

I bought this the day it came out (well, the day after cuz I couldn't find it anywhere on release day.) I had never played one before either, but the demo hooked me. So far the game hasn't disappointed. The only problem is my whole evening disappears whenever I start up a game.

I haven't played Revolution -- but I've played Civ III and Civ IV for PC -- I love those games...I've dropped probably close to 100 hours on them.

i'm sure revolution is watered down alot from the pc versions, but its still pretty fun. the only things i'm kind of dissapointed in is the amount of leaders in the game. it seems like there should be more than just 16. plus the playthroughs are a bit on the short side. you can easily finish one in one sitting.

I lent this game to my friend like 2 months ago. I still haven't gotten it back. I am itching to dominate some other cultures.
