Cignetti in the SEC?

Just hypothetical.

I know Cignetti has done well at Indiana (Incredible, actually - based on Indiana’s football history).

But, I don’t see ANY way that he could just step in and win like that in the SEC.

Especially in this age of NIL & the transfer portal. (I know those are Kiffen’s bread & butter, but even Kiffen hasn’t had Ole Miss ranked as high as Indiana)….

The BIG just isn’t as tough (Top to Bottom) as the SEC. Vandy’s stadium only holds about 40,000 - but still a tougher road game than Perdue. Minnesota? - Please…..

Every year there are about 10 or more SEC teams in the top 25 & maybe 4/5 from the Big 10.

Any thoughts?
He has 60 million reasons to stay at Indiana.

He won't reply unless Indiana loses. Then he'll say he was right.

And LOL saying they wouldn't come close to us, but then again he is claiming beating a 4-8 Florida team was a "big win".

I mean, the adult thing to do would be to acknowledge his opinion was dreadfully wrong.

H-UGA /Illinois
@-MS State /Iowa
H-Arky /Oregon
@-Bama /Michigan State
@-KY /UCLA
H-OU /Maryland
@-FLA /Penn State
H-Vandy /Wisconsin
& Purdue
I just don’t see how Indiana could handle the absolute rigor of this schedule……
I think the rigors argument comes more from who they played vs us. going off of pretty much every metric W/L, SoS, SoR, we would have been 7-2, or 6-3, against that schedule.

Indiana winning against our schedule, and Indiana winning against their schedule are two different arguments.

Indiana could run the SEC if they moved conference with Cig lmao

Taking nothing away from IND or their coaching. They are amazing in all 3 phases of the game. So disciplined.

They are a team hand selected of productive juniors and seniors (5th year) from the portal. With the best QB by far in FBS
