Not exactly a 30 minute smoke…if you honor the one minute puff rule. I’ve obliterated it in 20. 😎

It is one of the many small batch releases from C&D. I know it has some Virginia, Burley and Perique along with some baking spices. I like it but can't tell much difference in this and other blends; I seem to feel the need to buys some of these when available. I bought 3 tins of Carolina Christmas, and their other Christmas small batch called We Three Kings. I'll smoke one of each this season and let the other tins cellar, hopefully they will improve with age.

A lot depends on the size of the bowl. I have some really small pipes and some are quite large. The smaller ones may last 15 or 20 minutes, but I can get close to an hour with the bigger pipes. I guess it is a lot like cigars in some last longer than others. You're right, you can pack a bowl full or less than full.

After a year and a half living in a legal state (my 25 yo self would have said GTFOH with that nonsense anywhere in America, I didn't expect it in my lifetime and had to get out of the southeast to experience it), I've actually had the chance to be selective and develop a taste for what I like instead of take it or leave it for 30+ years under racist and draconian laws.

Sorry if this isn't the right sentiment for this thread.

Welcome in my book. I love THC for my anxiety but I work for the federal gubment so none for me. Beautiful pipe you have.
