Lol. Ok, I am not saying anything bad about c smith and I love the idea of a tenn guys here. But a couple questions, how much actual coaching experience does he have? Not just a consulting position, but actually coaching? Has he ever recruited in college before? Hey, I remember seeing him play. He was a great player and have heard him on radio recently and he sounds like he has a dynamic personality. Just wondering if all the excitement is over him being a tn guy or is there more to the resume.

He's been making a pretty good living running a business teaching d-linemen how to be d-linemen. His clients include several NFL linemen including A. Haynesworth. If they believe it makes since to pay him to coach them, I believe it makes since to pay him to coach our players.

Hmm, not hired yet, at least not confirmed. No coaching experience outside a year or two of consulting regarding pass rushing. No recruiting experience. I loved c smith as a player and it is more than possible that he could be a great coach, but wow, talk about on the job training.
