Plenty of graduates do their post graduate work elsewhere. Still VFL's.

I wonder how many more years it's gonna take before some people realize what the Portal & NIL actually are? We melt Freaks servers with shock, disbelief, and anger every time a decent or good player goes in. The whole cycle of he couldn't hack it, or primadona, or greedy bass turd is a mercenary, or NilPortal is destroying CFB or or or. As the days pass, this leads to dejection and the sky is falling, which naturally leads to the inevitable Fhar Heupel!

Then the unbelievable happens when in due time we snag a replacement from the portal ourselves. Wow, whoodathunk? Well, guess what Sherlock? There are 934 other DBs, 518 WRs, and 91 other QBs available in the portal looking for a different opportunity. Hmmmm? Maybe just maybe this same cycle of despair just happened at the other 128 D1 schools. Wow, isn't that strange? Before you know it, we've completely refilled our roster with of course all players who "bleed orange". 🤦 Never going 2 seconds thought to how those players leaving their old school affected THAT program & fanbase. Now, we're on cloud 9 all of a sudden and should finish 10-2, 11-1, and prob win the SEC and can't believe it when we lose to Georgia. 🤭

Spoiler Alert. There are a bunch walking out the door after next season and after the 26' spring cycle too. The only question is how long are the snowflakes ❄️ around here gonna melt before they figure it out that times have changed?

If I tried to get on the field as a starter for 4 years and now wanted to make sure I played my last year(s) of eligibility at a lesser level of competition, I think I could still support everything orange, while moving on.

Unfortunately, the culture of many school traditions is being watered down w/ revolving door transfers...unless, of course, if you have a special season, then everyone rides the VFL wave.

All this VFL/not VFL... what did we call them before Dooley? That and shower discipline seemed to be his best legacies...

People taking shots at Charles for transferring are either stupid or don’t pay enough attention to our roster. He’s played very sparingly over 3-4 years. Completely understandable to want to get some playing time somewhere else. Best of luck young man
