I'll go along with getting rid of Friend. The OL should dominate with the talent that is there.
Weinke on the other hand I'm not sure about. I think JG is the bigger problem there.

WF should definitely go. Can't believe our lack pass blocking with the talent on this offensive line. Trey Smith is a first-rounder for eff's sake.

JG is just not a great QB. I commend his efforts but he's just not a gamer in any capacity and he's the only starter CW has head really.

First, I have no inside knowledge. Looking at the CJB announcement, a possible cause could have come from Sunday's film review. CJP has been quite vocal about his dissatisfaction with the DL since the start of camp. The film review and grading may have led to a "discussion" that ended with a parting of the ways.
