I'd be happy with 8, very happy with 9; as of right now, 7 wins would be the floor for me with our schedule.

I say 13 in the ceiling. I am not much for saying we cant win a game. If all of you were coaches would you just cancel the 5 to 6 games you are saying there is no way no matter what that we can win? I say we win them all until someone proves me wrong.

+1

Heck Yeah! Now pass me some of that Dool-Aid!

I'm saying 8. We have 6 games (vandy, uk, mtsu, montana, cincy, and buffalo) that should undoubtably be wins. Also we play Scar, LSU, and Uga at home and surely we could win 1-2 of those 3 also I feel like florida and arky are beatable this year too.

So you're saying 11 games are winnable?

Honestly, though, the "ceiling" is 14 wins, I'm pretty sure.

Agree, but there also needs to be serious improvement in our front 7 on D.

Our offense has the potential to put up some big numbers this year, but if we don't see some marked improvement out of our defense, it might not matter against some of the better teams.

Also, Da'Rick needs to step up in a big way. We've already had a glimpse at how special Hunter can be, but now we need to see if Rogers can also produce.

I see this OL with the potential of having at least 8 real contributors... and the ability to push people around in a power running game. It is pretty clear where Dooley is heading considering the types of RB's he's recruiting and the development of the OL.

I'm not saying that you are completely wrong... but a dominating run game can make a D look really good.

Our defense looked decent against LSU. 8 wins should be the goal before the bowl with 9 a real possibility.

I think he has shown he can produce.

Averaged 7.3 yards a rush on 16 carries and a 15.2 yard per average catch for 11 catches is plenty of a glimpse based on the number of total plays he had last year.

If he was in, he was producing as a true freshamn. And he scorched N.C. down the center of the field on the big touchdown in the bowl.

Had Hunter's average per catch not been ridiculous (25.9), no one would question Rogers potential. We'd all be drooling about his potential instead of questioning it.

Honestly, I'm going to expect to do better this season 7-8 wins sounds good to me.

But since we are in Spring practice right now just playing football again would make me happy! I hate waiting for football season.

Posted via VolNation Mobile[/QU Unless Hammy can buy back the UNC game, 14 is definitely the limit. IMHO, even though I think it is very much a possibility, if we win more than 9, he better break out the checkbook to keep this staff intact for the '12 season.
