Will this be his first time back here since the "trailer park frenzy" comment? I wouldn't be walking around at night if I were him.

no it won't but way to prove him wrong by threatening bodily harm. Classy

maybe you can pack some batteries to throw for his visit

You're not very smart. I didn't threaten anything. Learn to read.

I'd say he is about as much danger as Lane Kiffin was on his way out of town....absolutely none.

I'm not like some on here who thinks we should just forget the comment, but nothing will happen to him. Just some jeers during the show.

No he's been back since. We put gameday on a 1 game probation and denied them access after that comment. We chalked it up to "administrative and logistical problems" but the message was sent. We've had them come back a couple of times after that though.

Whats the hate with Chris Fowler? Because people in Tennessee live in trailers? A lot of them do. Its not the only state. A lot of southern states have "trailer parks".

no I'm probably not but how did I misinterpret this

maybe you meant he would be attacked my throngs of adoring female fans and I just missed it. If so, sorry

You try to punk posters out a lot pj. You make a lot of assumptions. Remember the thread golfballs started the other day? You continue reading minds and just leave me be if you don't mind. You belittle many whom you disagree with. Happy moderating

When I lived in Ohio, I lived in Dublin in a golf community that holds an actual PGA tournament. There were homes worth 1-3 million and the road over off a side street had one of the largest trailer parks I'd ever seen.

They are everywhere.

Yes trailer parks are everywhere. Its just an assumption its a southern thing. No need to get pissed, just let it go.

How about UT fans show some class and dignity, forget a comment made something like 15 years ago, let it go, and have a great time with College Gameday coming to town?

Every state in the US has trailer parks.

then explain how I'm wrong. I'm just a Vol poster that's tired of all this espn crap people throw out. When they had to keep gameday away from our fans that's embarrassing. Your comments don't help that

they're spending a lot of money to come and showcase our game, team and city. Not sure telling him not to go out at night is a smart move

Fowler should be thankful he wasn't born in north Korea or some such, and be thankful he doesn't have to live in a trailer. If he'd come from a disadvantaged position, I don't see him ever uttering that comment.

How about some of the fun coming at Fowler's expense? Nothing wrong with that.

I'm glad Gameday is coming, but Fowler expects to see some signs or hear some comments. I'm sure he does everywhere.

Seriously, let it go. Ever said something stupid?

Alright then.

I don't owe you any explanations and I'm not here to help your perceptions.
