It wasn't a story the right wing media made it. The mayor cleared it out with heavily armed police after they went after her. Before that she didn't seem to care and was reciting the liberal indoctrination speech.

You are talking about the two murders like they are somehow more important than the hundreds of murders that occurred all across the country during the same time frame.

Agreed, their outrage rings hollow when the real threats are the people living in their own communities. Any measures taken to improve the situation of African Americans lives will fail unless this is addressed.

Interesting, doesn't this sum up current events across the nation fairly well? I mean police violence is an issue nationally but it really shouldn't even be top 10 concerning African Americans. It has also been blown way out of proportion in that respect no?

Luther is right.
I’m close to someone in Seatle, very conservative..they said the media was blowing everything way out of proportion.
It was a joke of a takeover that was unfortunately allowed to go on too long.
