Kiffin leaves, we have no plan. We get Dooley.

We fire Dooley with no plan and get Butch.

So this time let's have a plan. Let's write the new guy's press release before we hit send on the fire butch press release. Let's look like a well organized institution instead of a bunch of inbred redneck couch burners.

If we do it, for the first time since Majors, let's do it right.

I completely agree with this. We need to get the new AD in here. Forget this talk about being stuck with Jones. That talk is such BS. Next year, butchy is firmly on the hot seat. He will fail and next year will be the new ADs opportunity to get a signature hire. Dave Hart is incompetent and he does not need to be anywhere near this decision.

The problem is they wait to it hits rock bottom. Recruiting will take a hit and then no quality players left... that's real enticing to come to a school when the cupboard is bare. I don't blame good coaches not coming here when you have nothing to work with.
