I'd try it. I like peaches, but they're my least favorite of fruits commonly used for stuff like that. It looks and sounds better than I think it would be, to me.

That same cheesecake but, Blackberry cobbler or cherry cobbler cheesecake would be way better for me.

Peaches are my favorite fruit so I'm interested in trying this. I'm more into the plain, cookie, cookie dough, candy, chocolate, etc. cheesecakes instead of fruity ones.
