It's kinda hard to read but the logo on his jacket in this video says "NFL Vols" not only is that hilarious but it also show's what he expects out of this program. It is a clear sign that every move that he makes no matter how subtle is geared towards recruiting and instilling a sense of professionalism into our current players.
