People on VN believe Tyndall is guilty because his former boss fired him on the grounds of guilt and dishonesty; something that would be in direct violation of CDT's contract if there wasn't a modicum of truth to it.

Something tells me that if Tyndall knew beyond a shadow of doubt that he was innocent, then a lawsuit for wrongful termination against the university would have immediately followed. To my knowledge, that hasn't happened, and that should speak volumes.

Just a random note:

SD used a ton of exclamation points.

buzz4tennessee uses a ton of exclamation points.

And they seem to parrot the same speech over and over.

Someone please try to convince me that they're not the same person. It will take a lot of convincing.

But on a more serious note...Say whatever you like. If I only have one Twitter follower or if I only follow 2-3 people it's okay. A Twitter account doesn't validate who I am.

This story is OUT!! Don't blame me. I didn't break this story or create the accusation. It's all over the Internet and in newspapers across the nation regardless of how many times it's been tweeted OR whether CRB had anything to do with it. There is nothing any of us can do about it. Bickering and snide remarks are not going to change this situation or make it go away.

That's great, except that wasn't the issue being discussed. I said "national news", and you link a student Twitter account and a link to a Sevier County newspaper that is a week late and says absolutely the exact same thing that was said over a week ago.

What's diminishing are using inferences and reading comprehension skills....

It's embarrassing knowing that our fanbase doesn't give a crap about arguing with one of our players relatives,and guess what, it's a ladie at that! Don't know how you was raised, but where I'm from and the way I was raised was you treat a lady with respect and virtue, and if you see anybody on the street disrespecting a lady, there's only one thing to do, and I think you all know what I'm referencing. Just let it go, and please, refer from cussing at a lady, that's even more disrespectful.

I'm not claiming to know anything. I'm just commenting and making observations. Somehow there is a double standard here. Someone posted the said accusation. If anyone else makes a comment it's okay but if I make one all hell Breaks loose. It's almost like I'm to be silenced. It's not gonna happen. I will not give them the pleasure.

The problem here Dallas is a few here have very small minds. I don't really think it's about me being a relative. I think it's more about me being female and being opinionated. Let's face it VN is like a mancave. It hurts their pride for me to go against what they say or believe. I don't bow down to anyone and I stand up for what i believe. They can't change me or wear me down. I'm not easily humiliated or intimidated. They should know that by now. They can't stand it because I give back what they give to me, except being downright disrespectful.

I appreciate your kindness but I detest what they do to you as well. I also commend you for stepping up and being a real gentleman.

Just a sort of general comment to the VN basketball family, and despite it all, we ARE a family:

Sometimes you just have to pull up your big-girl/ big-boy panties and move on. We have a bunch of people here from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, and sometimes we're going to see things differently from one another. Unless you've grown up in that other person's life, you aren't necessarily going to interpret things the way that they do.

Rather than trying to nail someone to the wall and get them to admit their error, you sometimes have to post your alternate take on things, tip your cap, and (again) then walk away and Let. It. Go.

Frankly, I don't agree with at least one of the parties in this tedious and ongoing wrangle, but hey, it's not for me to beat sense into everyone. We are going to get nowhere at a high rate of speed if we insist on making everyone else sign on to our view of things.
