Looks like they have economy parking for $11. It's an option at almost all airports

You can try a Park, Sleep, and Fly option. Not a lot of options for TYS though. We just spent $240 to park at the garage for 11 days so I feel your pain.

Uber/Lyft is cheaper most of the time, or I've also picked up a rental for an afternoon for like $40 bucks for the day and dropped it off at TYS before my flight.

We stayed several times at the hotel right at the airport the night before departure and was able to park in their lot while we were gone. Not sure if you still can and even if it makes sense depending on the rates are for the rooms in this day and age.
