thats true Gman all D run in cycles for every team

My fondest memory of PM years defense was the smack down we put on bama at legion field in 97

L Little hit bama qb (bergdorf or kitchens cant remember) so hard and so often that nite that i thought the BhamPD was gonna arrest him after the game for attempted murder.

Each time he got up he would walk/stare down bama's bench. I was sitting right behind bama bench on about row 10. It was incredible

Now fast forward to my last memory of playing Bama at Bryant Denny. I sit there while the mighty Chavis Defense makes JPW look like the 2nd coming of Joe Namath. I am serenaded at games end by 90K Bammers signing "We just beat the HELL out of you!". Saban takes his victory lap. The next day I drive back to TN. Hung over every overpass are sheets painted with derogatory comments about the Vols.

IMO Charlie Strong has been more consistent as a DC then Chavis the past 7 years.

Thats when you go to Walmart and buy a shotgun and a hacksaw. Saw the barrel off and riddle the sheets with holes. :dance2:
