Now we know how to beat LSU.
Let them get a small lead on us until midway through the 4th, and then wait for the Mustang to appear.......

LSU will have top 5 D in the country every year.
chavis will not have to go 100 miles to recruit the best d lineman in the country ,
watch out !

smart move for chavis, he should be set in lsu for a while.

How about while on Offense we skip 1st and 2nd down and just start with 3rd down. We should get about an 80% conversion rate.

I have a very good trend who played baseball at LSU ad is reasonably tied to their athletic department. He couldn't take my razzing him about their coming 3rd and 8+ conversion rate against going through the roof. He was well aware, but did say they were excited. Thinks Miles' reckless stupidity, which manifests itself in senseless gambles, will help Chavis get over his enormous risk aversion.

wow
you people are actually dissing chavis!?
wtf
he has carried this team for god knows how long??

the reason we break down on most 3rd downs or on any downs (in the 2nd half most the time) is because our O has been so bad. you cannot keep your defense on the field as long as ours was.

Yes, yes I am. Call me crazy, but giving up 20 yards on a 3rd and 15 makes me a tad bit angry.

My loyalty is to UT; not Chavis. Good luck with your new team. :hi:

This cause and effect relationship makes no sense to me.

If I get what he's saying correctly, he's trying to imply that the defense sucked because the offense was so bad.

Nope, doesn't register on the "O-Make-Sense-O-Meter"

Well with Chavis at LSU we won't have to worry about getting tape on how to beat his defense. We have years of how it got beat in our vaults.

I can do that right now. Throw underneath and use numerous halfback dives. Problem solved.

no i am saying if your O is 3 and out , 3 and out.

it keeps your defensive on the field longer

in return wears your d out

Or how about:

If you line-up 10-15 yards off of your receiver and backpedal at the snap of the ball, they will convert 3rd downs all day long.
