those eggs are already broken. scroggins won't be coming to ut IMO. we've really lost out on the qb position this year in recruiting.

boy the chicken littles come so quickly.
First, news of Rettig's commit to BC hasnt been confirmed yet.
Second, one can read this one of a couple ways. Its too easy to say CR knows the JS is USC so CR has chosen between us and BC. CR never had an offer to SC. I say if CR has committed to BC it has nothing to do with what JS is or isnt going to do.
With that said, I rate our odds of getting JS to be 50/50 at best; but we are still in the game there. He has NOT decided. No doubt his dad prefers SC, but something tells me that the kid prefers us. We are still alive in this one.
Next, the JC kid is in the bag and to be honest he may be the most ready to help us in 2010 anyway. He will have had a year in the program by then and already has a year of JC ball now.
