Bar Knox is the WORST bar on the strip. I'm not sure why they even went there. I know there's not a lot of 18 and up places, but they could have went to RT's or something. When I was under 21, I went to BAR a few times and was sexually harassed and the bouncers would do nothing and sometimes they would let me in as 21. BAR Knox is disgusting and a terrible bar. I'm not blaming them for the fight, but I also wouldn't believe anything that comes out of their mouth. The owner is acts like she gives them special privileges when she does to all college students on the weekends. I wish that bar would close.

I hope so. I despised that bar before all this happened. She is trying to make the situation worse because her precious skank tactic bar closed an hour early. Minus the football players in the bar that night, there was probably around 10 others in that place. It's never busy. I'm not sure how it stays open.

I was cabling it sign i approached the officers and explained what i saw. They never called me afterwards even though i was adamant about testifying on the young man's behalf. They arrested the guy and the bouncers proceeded to heckle and threaten while he was in handcuffs. Pretty disgusting to watch. This establishment should be Off Limits to U of T football players...

I think the half barrel (that's the bar across from "bar" right?) should start a new guerrilla advertising campaign.

They should have a guy that stands across the street from bar with a sign that says "come to half barrel. Our bouncers wont beat the s*** out of you."

Chase Nelson did not even go out that night. He lives with Kevin Cooper and I was at their place that night. Chase is still on the team.

I'm now told by a high-ranking UT official Nelson has been on academic suspension since the end of spring semester.

The #Vols DT hasn't been part of any team activities, and Nelson needed to show improvement in classroom to earn a return.

well, I've heard none of this with the people I've spoken with. Nelson's name has not been mentioned. and I am not questioning if any of this is accurate because to me, it seems reliable.

Goes to show how reliable ANY information is on this subject, IMO
