That would do it. It's a shame because he's a top 150 player, easy. What do you think about him and do you think he's an instant contributer?

If he commits does be see decent minutes next year as of now? Absolutely.

Ideally though you bring in a grad transfer post and Izundu can either redshirt or just spell him for this season.

Look at my screen shot, the .85 and 3* is composite, below that is 247 rankings which has him as a 4* and top 75

Looked at some tapes on hudl of his team mates. He steals the show in some of them.
An off season of weight and conditioning and I think he could play big minutes.
He's the Barnes type, big rebounder and shot blocker.

There's no denying he's a legit prospect, had multiple high major offers, had the solid ranking, and Justin Young who ranks the players in the southeast states and sees those guys more than anyone has him as #2 in NC behind 4* UNC commit Brandon Ingram, and ahead of 4* Rayjon Tucker and 4* UNC commit Luke Maye.

Ideally he gets a light load his first season, maybe not a redshirt, but only 10-15mpg where he can really focus on the weight room and making the big jump in year 2. In a perfect world we get a grad transfer big man to go along with him so he isn't forced into action like Owens was.

Star of the show in ATL.

“@JustinDYoung: Ebuka Izundu went for 26 pts, 14 reb, 12 blks in a big semi-final win. This man is no joke. #ATLJAM”
