Bouncers killed a good friend of mine here in Charlotte in a club. I was there that night but left with a girl earlier and never saw him again. He was rolling on X and took his clothes off. He was built like a college LB...6ft 2. 220lbs jacked with 6pack abs. Jerry was the toughest dude i have ever personally known. He could put a fold in a heavy bag with both legs and knock guys out with either arm. Ironic that he was physically murdered in the back room of a club. He beat up a bouncer and so that bouncer and 2 others instead of throwing him OUT of the club took him to a back room and beat him. They choked him out and he died. It was complete BS that those 3 guys beat the murder raps. Jerrys parents sued in civil court and won though. I dont know how much money they got, but they got the club itself. His mom renovated it and turned it into a Christian bookstore. Heres what i found on google a minute ago. Rest in peace, Jerry.

Saw a few hundred around The Rock singing songs of faith to honor Charlie the other night. Not sure what you classify as “promoting Christianity”, but that was a moving moment of believers honoring another.
