What if they love the part in Happy Gilmore where the Zamboni guy sings My Endless Love and it's an inside joke to them? Maybe they're deadass serious and just...weird. They wouldn't be the first cringey young adults.

even in that clip they are minimizing his death based on his words. that is pretty dang hard to justify as well.

it reads as the typical "Do what I say, not do what I do". a little self reflection there at the end would be helpful "If you would look away from the words of Charlie Kirk, from what else would you look away?" apparently murder in this case.

they barely even acknowledge how wrong his death is, and spend way too many words trying to come up with any reason to drag him thru the mud; something they complain about him doing.

if they actually cared they could have juxtaposed his language they disagreed with, with the violent act they also disagreed with.

I saw a few clips on twitter. It sounded like he was making fun of how bad of a candidate Kamala Harris and how easy she would be to beat. He did state that Can they not get rid of Biden to prison or the death penalty for his crimes against humanity. All the video clips end at that point. I want to watch the rest of that podcast before giving an opinion on it.

There was the sovereign citizen, usually considered pretty right, shooting of the Dallas PD.

Where are you getting that he said he is "too pro Jewish?" I don't remember that and I tried to find it searching the article for keywords, and I cannot find it. Are you extrapolating all that from the bit about being "unconcerned about...the humanity of Palestinians." Because that does not contradict the other thing.

Off the deep end? Maybe because Kirk himself was off the rails? Hard to argue that he wasn't saying something prejudiced here by saying Jewish people are responsible for anti-whiteness.
