Charlie Kirk Shot and killed

Some evolutionary changes prove to be beneficial and some changes prove to be damaging. The key is in keeping the positive and eliminating or adjusting the negative.
Bingo!
I think we are on the same page.
A healthy society needs a balance between people who want to make changes that are needed (progressives) and a group of people who want to ensure that those changes don’t do away with the traditions and lessons learned that uphold said society (conservatives).
Since about 2010 the democrats have been pushing the limits of sanity (in my opinion). Like I have said before; I voted for Bill Clinton twice. I wish there was still someone like him (policy wise) in the party.

No. A few people in an administration doing those those things isn't a form of fascism. The Nixon era wasn't fascist nor was the Obama era
Interesting you brought up Nixon, I assume you are going to be consistent and say that Obama deserved to be impeached and removed from office?

You have a right to say what ever you want by the 1st amendment.

However in civil society you don't have a right to say what ever you want and have ideas that goes against civil society without consequences.

There for you don't have a right to go to school, hold a job or be accepted when you celebrate the murder of a good person.

While the writing and identity has survived it's fragmented and reformed under multiple dynasties and dictators.

It's absolutely has the best continuity of civilization.

But China has a few distinct things about it that has kept it together, it is not multicultural, it is culturally conservative and disciplined among other factors

Civilizations like ours I can see going more the way of Rome.
Almost as if diversity is not a strength

Examples please (not just single sentences but entire thoughts)?
All of his nonsense he spewed about the LGTBQ community, and minorities. Trying to pit people against them. It’s well known knowledge. Now replace LGTBQ with white people and minorities with heterosexual men, and have a democrat saying it you’d be saying the exact thing I am saying.

I honestly don’t know how some democrats will be able to cope without their primary boogeyman.
For a decade now; he has been their white whale to their Captain Ahab obsession
I had thought similarly. I don't see how they can survive now that the bullying cancel culture tactics that they created have tuned on them, and they are no longer able to quiet people with fear. I think that was the one iron-man superpower they'd built for themselves--the ability to quieten the moderate majority through fear so that their vocality appeared to many to be numbers.

This truly has become an "Emperor has no clothes" moment.

I hate all the people saying vile things in public. It's also incredibly useful to the conservatives.

After a hypochondriac has a cancer removed, they start fixating on their sore knee joint.
There will always be something....but those somethings will never be equal.

Obama's cronies did those things at the very end of his second term. No reason to impeach him. Nixon's aides were doing it in his first term.
