TMZ has been forced to apologize after staffers burst into laughter the moment Charlie Kirk's death was announced during an unflattering livestream.

The entertainment news outlet found itself in hot water while reporting on the gory death of the MAGA firebrand on Wednesday.

While Harvey Levin and Charles Latibeaudiere were discussing the 31-year-old Turning Point USA founder's assassination, laughter erupted in the background.

'During today’s TMZ livestream, employees were heard cheering, clapping and celebrating just 30 seconds before announcing Charlie Kirk’s death,' one X user wrote.

'They laughed and applauded the cold-blooded murder of a husband and father on a public broadcast, like it was some kind of sick joke, before handing it off to Harvey Levin.'

He wasn’t skilled. He missed and got lucky. No one trains to aim for the neck. From that distance and elevation an untrained persons point of aim(mid crosshairs or reticle) will strike 3-6 inches high depending on the weapon/round which is exactly what I believe happened here. This was just an angry person imo.

Hog, it also had a slightly heavier barrel for increased accuracy and heat disperse. It was the M40 version of the 700

Popular Influencer Claims He Was Denied Entry To New York City Club After Posting About Charlie Kirk's Death​


An influencer has claimed he was denied entry to a private members club in New York City because he paid tribute to right wing commentator Charlie Kirk following his assassination.

Social media star Kyle Forgeard alleged that he was turned away from The Twenty Two in Manhattan by a doorman who supposedly took issue with his public message of condolence to Kirk.

Once it was confirmed that father of two Kirk had died after being shot in the neck by a lone gunman at Utah Valley University, Forgeard had shared a message acknowledging his death.

Alongside a photo of the pair engaged in conversation, he wrote: 'Absolutely speechless. Rest in peace Charlie.'

It was this message that Forgeard claims got him refused from the establishment.

Forgeard, who shared his allegations with his 2.2 million followers on Instagram, added that the rest of his party was allowed in.

Posting on his story, he claimed: 'Club doorman at 22 club in NYC let the entire group I was with in tonight and they only denied me... doorman makes a comment to my face about me posting my condolences for Charlie Kirk.
