I don't think my neighbor who just passed at 91, and was a Democrat who left 5 million to her church and the humane society, has any blood on her hands for this act of violence. Same goes for most Americans regardless of party affiliation. I agree with you that the shooter was likely a radical leftist. That has nothing to do with most people.

He was from all public appearances, and that is what we're talking about. This was not an Alex Jones, but a guy who respectfully attempted to have a conversation and change minds, overwhelmingly with dialogue that even Democrats agreed with 20 years ago.

If a guy like that is so 'polarizing' as to remotely invite violence, if that type of debate is violence-inducing, our peaceable coexistence is nearing expiration. We can't remain a constitutional republic and knuckle under to those demands.

Democrats REJECT Prayers For Charlie Kirk as moment of silence devolves into House floor shouting match​


The House of Representatives burst into chaos as Speaker Mike Johnson attempted to lead a prayer for Charlie Kirk after he was assassinated in Utah on Wednesday.

His assassination not only devastated many members of Congress who knew the activist personally, but unleashed sadness, confusion and anger among lawmakers in the Capitol on both sides of the political spectrum.

Following the somber moment of silence, Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., called out to Johnson to hold a moment of prayer for the 31-year-old.

That's when things got ugly.

Some Democrats, clearly against the request for prayer, began cheering in unison 'No!'

The liberal lawmakers' rejection of the prayer immediately enraged Republicans.

'You f***ing own this!' screamed Florida Republican Anna Paulina Luna.

She accused Democrats earlier in the day of being the origin of the violence against Kirk.

'I am done with the rhetoric this rotten House and corrupt media has caused,' she posted on X shortly after the news of the shooting broke. 'Every d*** one of you who called us fascists did this.'

Sure we can, your party has been spewing violent rhetoric says Trump was first elected. I I think we we know that he went after Kirk because of his political beliefs. Just like Biden's Department adjusted did with other conservatives.

Of course the irony is that dems are running around screeching about gun violence on the same week that horrendous video was released of a poor defenseless 21 year old girl In Charolette getting murdered with a pocketknife.
The problem has always been the person not the implement.
Monsters will always find a way.

Do you understand a 91-year-old Democrat is not the same as a 31-year-old Democrat. Today's Democrat is not a Democrat it's a Marxist or a socialist. They are not the same

If you are smart enough and genuine enough to be relevant and effective in your endeavors to sway the political opinions of others especially the youth of the country, then count on being a target in today’s climate. Sad, but true.
