Somebody said he has been "dehumanized," which means to deny/deprive him positive human qualities. He has demonized entire groups. People dismiss him as a racist? OK, but he calls illegal immigrants "invaders," for example, as if they are here to destroy and plunder when they are almost entirely here to prosper via voluntary market interaction. He is the most prominent right-wing media figure dripping in this tactic that you are attributing only to the left.

I get Charlie Kirk said things that could get under peoples skin. A lot of that verbiage was when he had to be blunt enough to get people to understand a point or issue. Yeah, I would wince occasionally when he said certain things. What he also did was open up a platform at these college campuses for open discussion and dialogue and always thanked people for talking with him.

OK, but the original point wasn't about opening up dialog, it was about inflammatory rhetoric.
