Good point. But hadn't it gotten bad when we're saying "whew....it's only a DUI. Thank God it's not another rape/assault charge".

And he broke his leg in a car accident last summer. I hope Butch pointed out he could just as easily broken his leg again, with the possibility if even worse consequences than that.
