Character Battle 2012: Battle 1

Back in late 2010 and early 2011 I did a Video Game character "Battle". I listed 64 characters and the winners of the first 8 polls faced off in the final poll to determine the best video game character. Mario won. Now, 2012, a new battle begins, this time 100 characters will be voted on. 10 polls with 10 selections each, the winner of the first 5 will be put in a poll and voted on, the same with the winners of the last fast. Then, the final 2 will face of in a poll. These 100 characters will come from all eras of gaming and all genes. Who will be the video game character champion of Volnation 2012? Battle 1 is under way! This poll will close in a week, and then Battle 2 will kick off, ect. ect.
