I am still baffled at how he can call a decent game but no matter what, they'll pick up 9 yards on a run and then will throw throw throw. Why?

Now to Bray. I see a decent QB but nowhere near a great one. He is constantly missing throws especially when any amount of pressure comes. WRs aren't on the same page... I don't care how crappy the D is playing I haven't seen anything that's told me he can lead the team to a great comeback upset. Its taking him a long time to mature into a great one. Now he has a running game and I'm still not impressed. Not bashing him or saying he sucks but I think he's overrated. For now.

And I don't see how you can't fix tackling.

Bray is not good, simple as that.

Bray is still in high school. Not Div I ready and especially not SEC ready. I suppose we can say lack of coaching or his on mental inability. I would like to see us go with a Tajh Boyd type of QB or in my generation a Tee Martin

I don't mind first year problems with schemes and assignments but my gosh the tackling was horrible. I know its Alabama and that offense is awesome but there are way to many solid players on defense to look that bad. They did better againlst the run to start but I'm talking blown coverage and poor tackling. That's basic

Agreed. Friggin wrap up and quit putting your head down and losing sight of the ball carrier.

Just run the ball get the first down keep the drive going. I don't understand bringing in the wildcat on 4 and 1 that defense is too good to run that bull.

Well chaney did coach drew brees but I agree bray needs a good mentor that really works well with him. He needs someone like bamas last OC. Chaney is awful but I don't think he is a top OC. Calls plays alright most of the time.

We can thank Kitten for not having Taj Boyd. I used to say I was ok with the choice of going with Bray but now I have my doubts.

So many weaknesses, too little coaching. We have such great potential but its being wasted by incompetent coaching.

I don't think the team has bought into Dooley and his coaches. Waaaay to many good players even on defense to be this bad.

Loved seeing Worley in at the end of the game. All the talk in the beginning of the season was about Bray and how he was the one to save Dooley. But lets be honest, Bray is probably the main reason (besides Sunseri's fat@ss) Dooley is effed right now. Idk what Bray's numbers are against SEC team but they have to be TERRRRIBLEE! Every pass is a hail mary into coverage OR a thrown away pass into the stands. My next beer is to Worley starting next game. Cheers folks.

No....this season has shown us that our players on defense are anything BUT GOOD! Our D-Line has improved, but we are weak at LB! I know that AJ is a beast against the run, but he can't cover a grandma..I know he's just a sophomore, but it only takes a few plays to get exposed in pass coverage. Lathers has just lost it since his injury...his poor 'ol body is just worn slap out....And it looks like no one on D really knows his assignment...

The 3-4 ONLY functions with physical DL and great LBs...we have the physical DL, but not great LBs...

And we don't have one single athlete in the secondary on the field right now that could start for any other team in the SEC! Byron Moore, PWagg are seniors and don't have an excuse. Coleman is a true sophomore, but looked like a JR. high guy....McNeil has potential, but ain't there yet as a true freshman....

Also--I've been saying it for 2 years now and gotten hammered---but Bray is WAY overrated....he's a day late and a dollar short...pass to Hunter at end of first half was late and short, but still catchable. If it was on time and properly thrown it might have been a TD! Also, Pig was open for a TD, but Bray again was late and threw it behind....HE JUST AINT SEC QUALITY! :salute:
