This game will be tough and very physical.

It's a toss up at this point but I still believe in my Tennessee footVol team to get this WIN!

#BrickbyBrick...VFL...GBO!!!

While I appreciate and respect your optimism can we please drop the #brickbybrick? It is the orange dog or bamboo of the Butch Jones era.

glad to see there are still some that post, despite the constant moaning and *****ing of the same 25 or so people on here that change every topic to the coaching staff.

Possibly the most important game of both coaches careers at their respective schools given preseason expectations vs season to date performance.

For me I'm split. If the staff adjusts and pull out all the stops to win and want it enough we have the talent advantage and should win. If the staff play conservative "not to lose" football like they have late in our two record breaking losses then I think we could easily lose this game especially if the team that played A&M last week shows up.

The Good for Tennessee: Arkansas has no speed in the secondary. Their complaints sound similar Tennessee's during the Dooley Era. Key departures in the front 7 have created problems for their defense. Also, their running game took a big hit with the loss of Jonathon Williams before the season began. Additionally, they've lost 3 of their top receivers to injuries. Finally, they lost to Toledo. One more time for emphasis--Toledo.

The Bad for Tennessee: Brandon Allen is a decent college QB. He's been impressive through the first half of the season. Their O-line is big and has been really good in pass protection but has struggled opening holes for the running game. They have a really good tight end in Hunter Henry.

Prediction: Arkansas hasn't won a road game in the SEC under Bielema and won't this Saturday. This is Arkansas's first true road game of the season, and it won't go well for them. If Tennessee scores more than 30 points in regulation, I don't think they'll have a problem winning this game. 35-24 Vols.

If we lose this game, winning Georgia will a more difficult task.

Beating a talented Bama team will require good coaching, we know how that has gone lately.

Lets be honest, we'll probably only win 1 of the next three games. 3-4 will not look pretty for Butch or recruiting.

Well, no offense to Toledo but they lost to Toledo. Due to snafus in two other big games this season this game is now huge. We lose to Arkansas the season could spiral rather quickly.

Alex Collins is going to get his yards. How well we do depends on our ability to stop him. Losing Maggit really handicaps our defense. He was the one indispensable player we needed out there for his leadership on the field.

We need to support these kids.....yea they're kids. I may not support CBJ or his staff at the moment but we are more talented....I wish that this hurry up **** would just go away and let them call plays on their own in that thing they used to call a huddle. obviously the OC can't nor can the DC. I bet if allowed and given the option Dobbs would be passing to the 5 stars we have on the field and stop this running up the middle on every crucial play crap.

We win Saturday! Go Vols!! VFL!!

I actually like their chances with Arkansas. It's not a given of course, but it will be a competitive game. I'd be elated if we saw some real changes this game on both sides.

Razorback fans are confident that the A&M game turned them around, even though they lost. They have felt all season that they are not as physical as they should be. Most seem to think that penalties were the reason they lost Saturday and as usual they got all the bad calls. Brandon Allen is a pretty good quarterback but they have some injured receivers. I don't think there's a lot of confidence in him when the games on the line. Collins had a good game against A&M Saturday. Not a lot of love for Bielema, I believe they'd like to have Petrino back! God help me if we lose, I'm over here in the thick of it, and I'll have to hear about it for a year!!

We'll find a way. (To lose)

ONLY.....if we have a 13-17 point lead going into the 4th qtr. Then we are pretty much guaranteed a loss. Butch crumbles in situations like that. Stevie Wonder could have seen what was happening on Saturday night. :banghead2:
