Well, I have avoided posting for the past few days, not much good would come from it.. and I see many people have expressed their thoughts freely with many that makes sense and others that well..... fall short of making sense.

I would like to change the subject if I may, we do have a game this weekend against a team that I honestly was concerned with before the season started. I have not had the chance to watch them play, has anyone seen anything that would worry us? (speaking of Arkansas and not our coaching of course  )

Arkansas is a banged up team with a huge OL with a pretty good run game and a pretty weak secondary. They have a desperate coach in Beliema similar to Butch. Should be a close game but I think we get the W at home.

We really do have a great chance of beating Arkansas... if the game was only 3 quarters long and not 4.

Maybe we can complete a pass to WRs and let them do some work!

Im hoping, but I don't like our chances. butch has showed time and time again of just how conservative he is. Our defense is underperforming, and so is our offense. Unless butch learns a lesson from the Florida and Oklahoma game, we lose.

Defense better be ready more of a physical offense. Our offense needs to play like 2015 not 1915. Good thing it's at home.

Slim chance without dobbs learning to actually play the QB position, rather than just read option runs and short screens. If the team cant mix it up, it is already over.

That moment when I realize I'm more pessimistic than Catbone :p

Both coaches desperately NEED to win this game. I think it will come down to which coach has the bigger balls. I hope it's Butch.

All of the negativity aside, we really should win this game.

Arkansas has been pretty bad on both sides of the ball at times this season. They seem to struggle on offense in crunch time, and in the redzone. Their offensive line is huge, but seem to be rather slow and not as intimidating as people thought preseason. We need to be solid against the run, and force it into the hands of Brandon Allen (he really hasn't had a bad year, but seems to have trouble winning games when it's on his shoulders).

Their secondary and pass defense in general is pretty poor, but I don't see us throwing it all over the field all of the sudden. I think our run game will be effective though.

They have suffered some injuries to key players that may have contributed to many of their problems, we have more talent than them in general, and the game is in Knoxville.

I doubt it will be easy, but there is no reason we should lose this game.

Bad match up, look for UT's defense to be on field the entire night. One because on average our offense is only on the field for about 2 minutes and 2 Arkansas will play ball control and wear our defensive line down.

Well, I see Allen has 7 TD'S but has been picked 3 times so obviously they like to throw too. He seems to prefer one receiver; Drew Morgan: 18 receptions w/3 TD'S and he is averaging almost 17 yards a catch. I know their stud RB went down before the season started, is Collins that good to pick up the load? I sure would like to see us run a few play/action plays, as much as we show run it would be nice to toss a few with them.

This game will be tough and very physical.

It's a toss up at this point but I still believe in my Tennessee footVol team to get this WIN!
