True I understand. Just thinking about how great it would be if he turned out to be a great coach. One area he never lacked in was leadership and professionalism.

You don't cut your coaching teeth as an offensive coordinator playing against SEC defenses. Though, with some of the hires our athletic department has made in the last ten years, nothing would surprise me.

I swear the stupidity on this board is worse every day it seems.

He said twice "its just a thought". Even said "don't rip me". Why must everyone be so hostile over the tiniest things. OBVIOUSLY he is not going to be our OC. Doesn't mean the OP doesnt have the right to start a thread. This goes to anyone else bashing.

I think Heath Shuler should be the OC. He was an excellent quarterback and now he's a Congressman, so that means he'd be a good OC too, right?
