does the first round bye trend continue? all 4 teams with first round byes lost last year

They are going to have to adjust the portal schedule. Part of them has to include the playoff schedule. It’s fine giving out byes but it should be a one week bye. Absolutely asinine we are just now getting to second round games considering how long ago the regular season ended.

Hopefully the next order of business is sorting out the playoff and portal schedules before they think of expanding.

I did, but I also saw our fans talking **** before the game. If your going to talk, you gotta accept it too. Can't be a hypocrite. That was nothing compared to **** I've seen in Tuscalooser. I've seen TN kids and women cussed, **** thrown at us, tires slashed, cars keyed. I'll take some verbal abuse over that ANYDAY! If verbal abuse hurts your feelings, you may not wanna go to football games!

This was not about verbal abuse. I know that our fans talk as do every other SEC team, but I have never felt like I was being physically threatened while attending SEC games at other SEC schools.

I’ll never understand Miami taking that timeout after the OSU first down run…any score OSU gets is thanks to that timeout

edit- glad he missed

Go to Tuscalooser..That will change your mind. I will say it's not as bad as it was when Fulmer was there. But, I've never been to Tuscaloosa and not seen a fight. And I've seen TN,LSU and Auburn play there. The last fight I got into was down there. Needless to say, he learned quickly what krav maga was. Luckily, the cop saw him throwing **** at my car and cussing my GF at the time. He got his ass beaten and taken to the Tuscaloosa lockup. I will NEVER go to that $hithole again.

I have never had a bad experience in Tuscaloosa, or anywhere really. I have a feeling that Columbia would have been the place I stood out for the wrong reason, had I made the trip.

I have no desire to go to Gainesville or Red Stick, LA though.

Captain Obvious here but Miami has an elite defense. Just goes to show you can shut down the top offenses with defenses that are aggressive, well coached, in the right positions and tackle well. I hope Knowles brings this type of infusion into our program.
