What’s Going To Happen
The losing coach in this won’t be Muschamped, but the fan base will get really, really, really grouchy.
Auburn has more of its stuff together and should be consistent enough offensively to survive – at least compared to Tennessee. The Vols don’t do any one offensive thing well, and the defense isn’t taking the ball away enough to matter.

Auburn vs Tennessee Prediction, Line
Auburn 30, Tennessee 23

And they picked the Ark game correctly to. Also, don't see Vols scoring 23 if JG is the QB.

We do run the ball well, but it's literally the only thing we do to the point that the coaches try to run at an 80-20 ratio, and opposing defenses kinda catch on.

Our best chance for a close game or unlikely win is that Gus calls a horrible game. He has had his fair share. Unfortunately for the Vols JP has had more in a three-year span. I will be watching with my trusty pilsners. GBO!!!

It sucks that either Coach is actually going to win this game, it’s just going to prolong the agony for both fan bases

I predicted the AU win last time.

TN hasn’t played a full game or played their best game, I do think they rise to the occasion against one of the ranked teams. Is it AU UF or AM?

Well, AU has had patting themselves on the back for a couple weeks now (they’ve already had their perfect game against LSU) and UT is a wounded animal.

It IS set up, but y’all need to tell me the temp in the locker room. Are they still fighting? Are they mad as (heck) or have apathy and just want the season over (like Miss st)?

If it’s the first, give me TN and the points.

A win over Maryville College if we were playing them this upcoming Saturday would be huge. The program is desperate for anything positive. Average Auburn or not, we recruit against them head to head every year.
Thanks for the rare shoutout. MC alumn here. “Where Chilhowee’s lofty mountains pierce the southern blue proudly stands out alma mater, noble grand and true!”

In our last game against Auburn, Pruitt seemed to know what the Auburn Offense was going to run before just about every snap and he adjusted our D for each play. The Auburn game is kind of a big deal at Alabama and I’m sure Pruitt was extremely familiar with their coaching tendencies and their roster. Auburn has a different OC and a different roster now so I don’t think that will happen again. I expect their O to have success. I can only hope we don’t run hurry up on our O so we don’t wear out our own D. Our O is gonna have to do what they have rarely done all year - sustain drives - or it will be a horrible night. Gus needs to run up the score because he knows Bama is going to hang 50 or 60 points on them. I’m gonna watch because I’m a hopeless vol addict but the logical side of me says we get routed. That said, my vol addict side says we win in OT.

Easy...we don't play until February.
