Trying to decide what to have a for supper, 12/21/2024 game time. Currently, the main dish choices are:
New Zealand mutton roast, Axis deer roast, Guinea fowl cooked turkey style, or Bison brisket. Just can't
make up my mind right now. I'll entertain suggestions, but nope, no pork Shirley forbids it.

It is, I've eaten it several times. Got to make up my mind by today, so everything is on hand for the prepping and cooking Saturday.
