Celtics vs Heat ECF

Somebody needs to remind LeBron that the other night only counts if he follows it up tonight. He has got to stop passing, because all his teammates pretty much suck.

Anybody want to offer an explanation for why LeBron wasn't called for a technical after he did almost two full pullups on the rim while hanging on it for the better part of 5 seconds?

Too many times the Miami offensive sets are worse than a train wreck. More like Barkley in a casino high on Ecstasy.

It looked like maybe Rondo was under him at first, but I was wonderig that also

He was at first, but Rondo was well clear by the time LeBron completed his first pullup. Then he hung there for at least 2 more seconds and pulled himself up a second time while flailing his legs around before finally decided to come down.

Maybe that was the spark Miami needs

They certainly need one, they've look unfocused for most of the half.

Sloppy passing, bad switches on defense. I know Rondo is a good player but they're allowing him to get anywhere on the court that he wants too. You let him do that and he will tear you to pieces.

LeBron has to get more aggressive, if he plays like he did in the first half they have got no shot.

For Boston, they just need to keep doing what they're doing. Double Wade and see if Bosh can keep hitting those jumpers. Collapse on James when he drives and make Chalmers or Barttier hit a shot.

Boston certainly looks like they want it more.

Hey I agree with you, I dont know lol

Me either. I'm pretty sure if it had been some scrub and not LeBron, the refs don't hesitate to call a technical. Superstar call like that are one of the things that make the NBA very frustrating to watch at times.

How much NBA do you watch???? :loco:

A reasonable amount. I've seen plenty of guys who complain and throw their arms up about calls as they happen. I'm not sure I've ever seen a player who seems like he's talking to the ref almost every time they cut to commercial quite like Rondo is.

Regardless of which team survives this series, it doesnt really matter. The Thunder will devour either.

On that note, I prefer to see the Heat go to the finals. Would not enjoy watching the old Boston team get run out of the building four games in a row.

Totally agreed on the heat, verc. They just run an iso, if it's stopped they launch a prayer shot or pass to yet another iso. There's more movement on dance night at the local retirement home than the Heat offense.

It sometimes reminds me of Bruce Pearl's half court offense.
