Back in 2016 I said Rosey O'Donnell was the left's equivalent to trump.

Had Rossie O'Donnell actually entered the 2016 race, what would have been your immediate reaction?
Had she won the nomination?
Had she won the election?

The way you guys view(ed) Rossie is the same way many on the left view(ed) trump.

Except trump is much worse.

The only thing that RD and the Orangeman have in common is they both were in one good film. Other than that, "Rossie" as you call her is a giant douche baguette.

But you are missing the most significant commonality.
She is viewed by the right as trump is viewed by the left.

So if one from the right wishes to understand how an anti-trumper feels about trump - all they need to do is reflect on how they feel about Rossie. Take it as far as imagining her entering the race, actually being nominated, and god forbid actually winning the election. President O'Donnell. The exact flip side to trump.

It's a great mental exercise....and sheds some light for those who can actually process through it.

The big difference is.....Rossie doesn't have a horde of the brainless who worship her or could ever be manipulated into supporting her candidacy.

So, judging by the approval ratings after his address, either you're saying that "The Left" is shrinking, or you're encouraging us to spend time getting inside the mind of the more fringe element of the left?

Personally, I don't care one way or the other about Rossie. Nor do I feel a driving need to soak in the fringe left's emotions. I'm pretty comfortable in the moderate space.

lol....No pressure, I just know there are some with more inquisitive minds who may appreciate the deeper understanding the mental exercise provides.

And I think we all understand that not everyone on the left hates trump, just as not everyone on the right hates Rossie.

Equal amounts love - equal amounts hate - and equal amounts are relatively indifferent.

That's what makes it such a perfect comparison.
