Hearing the pure disbelief in Verne's voice was extremely gratifying. Of course, I didn't hear it in real time because I was a little busy mutilating my vocal chords, but still great.

They had that scheduled the entire game and could not wait to rub our noses in it. No benefit to anyone except to jab UT fans. If they schedule coverage the next 2 weeks we should just listen the the radio coverage of the game.

I'm sick and tired of them continuing to bring up negative things from over a decade ago. I mean it's constant. But we keep winning so they can suck on that.

I would imagine both Verne and Gary had to brush their at least a half a dozen times to get the taste of Jacob Eason's balls out of their mouths.

They played that hobnail boot clip all last week on the ESPN/SECN shows. They played the clip on Finebaum Friday, twice on SEC Nation yesterday, mentioned it on GameDay, then Gary-n-Verne shoved our nose in it some more during the broadcast.

I wish VFL Films would make a Dobbnail Boot vid and let that go viral. "We kicked their ass with a Dobbnail boot..."

I usually try to keep an open mind and stay even keel when people say espn hates us or Verne and CBS hates us or whatever but this year it seems to be so blatant from the CBS crew. I'd much rather Herby call our games.

Well, we do the same thing in Neyland. We show UT scores from old games on Jumbotron. Saw it several times against UF. That said, Munson fell off his barstool in the great beyond after the Hail Mary.

Hey their right about Eason. He will be tough on us for the next few years. He is a good QB.

Well VN in the last two weeks we've seen a duck pull a truck and now a Dobbnail boot break a dawg's nose. I can't wait to see whats's going to happen to that Agriculture and Mechanical school in Texas!! GBO

I hope Larry Munson was watching the game in haven . After the Touchdown I bet all of the football gods was laughing at him being lead by General Neyland

Never gave that a thought, you're right, it was premeditated. Ole Verne is on his farewell tour. :clapping:

Don't think we can get him mic'd in hell. Hopefully, the dark lord is as brutal as we're led to believe and will just show munson that replay over and over for infinity.
