CBS Passes on UT-UA and go with UF-UK instead

It´s hard to pick UK as a favorite over a team that it hasn´t beat since 1986.

I´m ready to see the streak break, tho.

ESPN says it is on CBS 12:30--LF website says they are covering tech game not TENN so I think it is on CBS 12:30

12:30pm Eastern on Lincoln Financial. That's 11:30am in T-town. That could be good for the Vols. The Bammers won't have all day to get liquored up. Maybe the Vols can get out to an early lead and quiet the stadium for the most part.

11:30 AM? Are you serious? I'll just stay up Friday night so I don't sleep through the game on Saturday.

Which network will carry our game since CBS is going to cover the UK/UF game? ESPN? I'm in Colorado, so I'm a bit concerned (I'm not concerned that I'm in Colo., I'm concerned about watching the Game).

I think Lincoln Financial is planning on running it early on Saturday.

You should be. From what I understand, Tom Cruise is building a bunker in preparation for an intergalactic attack on Colorado. May God be with you.

Why would aliens want to attack Colorado? We've done nothing to offend our alien brethren. Someone should smite Cruise!

Someone pinch me! pleaaaasssssseeeeeee. I never thought I would see the day Kentucky was ranked ahead of us, the third Saturday in October would be pushed to the side in favor of a game featuring kentucky, and a team named South Florida would be ranked 2nd in the nation.... Please pinch hard and wake me up from this nightmare, what next Nick Saban is head coach at Alabama...Oh wait!

Kentucky, at home and ranked higher than UF, having just beaten the number 1 team that Florida couldn't and Florida on a two game losing streak? Kentucky has to be the favorite in that game.

UF has opened as a 7-pt favorite in Lexington.

The Third Saturday opened as a pick'em, but Alabama has almost immediately become a 1- or 1.5-pt favorite.

UK will be really pumped up this week after beating lsu. If they win out and USC loses to someone, UK wins the east and can play lsu or auburn for the title. I think UK wins by 10, since UF's defense is terrible.

I'd be mildly surprised if Kentucky were able to put last week's victory behind them in time to focus on and prepare for a good Florida team.

Florida is well rested, and has had 2 weeks to prepare for UK. Florida has the more talented football team. The Gators will certainly be tested, but I think they should win the game.

It´s always hard to tell how a team will come back after an off-week. Some come roaring back, others are flat and rusty.

Next to last week, this is probably the game with the most attention ever focused on Lexington. I don´t expect UK to be flat on Saturday.

However, Kentucky cannot get to Atlanta unless they run the table, and USC finishes 2-2 in the conference. That´s a tall order.

It's gotta be a fun time to be a Wildcats fan. I'm happy for you Brian. You've supported a lot of average teams, and some down right horrible teams over the years, enjoy every second of this. And go Big Blue on Saturday!
