That would be great. Personally, if it's not a BCS game we're selected for, the Outback and Cotton bowls are the most exciting to watch. The Peach bowl always scares me. I think UT is allergic to peaches.

The thought of playing that slug of a team from the big slow(10), just doesn't do much for me. Any bowl is a good bowl though this year, if that's who it is so be it. A lot can change from here til the end of the year and hopefully it will.
yeah GT is gonna win the ACC, so dont worry about that.. i have to say, i was hoping for us to play Florida State in the music city bowl a few weeks ago but now it looks like we will be WAY beyond that, and plus we would POUND florida state.
its possible we could end up in the capital one or cotton bowl,
and if its the cotton bowl we could play oklahoma, not saying we will but its possible.
Tennessee would beat Wisky and their pro-style offense like a rented mule! The 11 am kickoff on New Year's Day would give the Vols TV exclusivity until the Capital One, Gator, and Cotton Bowls all kick off at 1 pm. Would be great for recruiting.

The cotton bowl is not really considered a great bowl anymore, is it? And it's still played in the very old cotton bowl stadium? There are way too many bowls and not enough good teams to play in them--as evidenced by the fact that, at 4-4, there is all this talk of the Vols playing in a good bowl...There is work yet to do.
