did anyone else notice how todd blackledge insinuated the only reason TN scored the touchdown was because McDonald (uf) got injured.
just their general talk shows they are pulling for uf

I am surprised at these announcers. They aren't even TRYING to hide their Gator bias.

I think you are hearing things. They haven't been that bad

Well, since we shut them up in the 2nd quarter, they have not been that bad. But like I said, let the negativity flow.

why when they make a good catch lundquist screams like it is the best catch ever made, but when we make a good catch we "got away with one"???

That dumb duo (Todd and Vern) are always on UT's case. Their commentary was about as weak as taking Clauson out of the game. Gotta wonder who is really pulling the strings or is everybody just yanking. They surely are finding lots of ways to waste all that talent.

I actually listened to the vol network the second half.

Bob Kesling is getting a lot better

As poorly as the offense played, I actually felt like we got away with something anytime we completed a pass.

As did I, it almost felt like a miracle.

Anyway, I thought that CBS talked a lot about Florida too. However, it's not like we gave them much to talk about or ooh and ahh about tonight.

This post is funny because my friend and me noticed this last night. They were "Urban Meyer this Urban that" The guys offensive blew up in his face lol.....WE GAVE FLORIDA THE GAME.......The announcers were horribly bias....during the whole game i was looking over at my friend and was like man are they serious?

During one point he goes, "Wow Chris Leak's butt sure is looking tight tonight" ohhhh It sure sure is........I heard before the season that Urban helped Chris get into shape..........Urbans looking pretty hot himself

Pathetic but Tennessee has big hurdles to overcome with the media

That Florida offense that is "the envy of the Nation" is going to have to learn how to put the ball in the endzone.

The Media is up Meyer's butt, but I did notice on CBSSportsline this morning that they said the O didn't impress, but defense and ST did.

I saw nothing noteworthy in the Florida Offense. They are not that good and there scheme is not unstoppable.

Tennessee's gave the game away and there is no other comment worthy of discussion. We showed no offense and unspeakably horrible Special Teams play.

They did a good job.

Verne's "Don't pick your nose Jim Bob!" was probably ill advised . . . . but it was pretty funny.

If your offense can't move the ball other than the second quarter, than you didn't give s**t away.

You can tell us all how the VOLS shut our offense down, and for the most part, your D was up to the task, but if you want to take away the 2 field goals you guys said you "gave" us, then look at the 8+ minute drive in the 3rd through the 4th quarter that put the nail in the coffin. What's the excuse there???

You have to have offensive opportunities in a game to "give it away".

Very, very true . . . .the only real gifts we gave were the muffed punt and the 8 yard shank. We gave up a ton of field position both times.

I would add the fake punt to that list. We gave the ball away 2 times in our territory within FG range. The 8 yard punt gave it to them at about mid-field.

UF made plenty of mistakes too. I've never seen that many offensive penalties in a game

That said, I was not impressed with UF's offense. (Even less so with ours). All that motion and razzle dazzle didn't amount to much. 16 points against a very good SEC team shouldn't win it for you.

DISCLAIMER - I'm not saying we should have won if, if, if... UF did what they needed to do to win.
