I am speaking from first hand knowledge since I pay the out state payments for a UT walk-on.

Walk-ons and their families sacrifice so their the walk-ons can practice, work and contribute to make programs like UT's better.......

Most of these kids turned down a scholarship from smaller programs to be a Vol.
