carr is a DT - miller is a SDE

both have a good chance at the 2 deep

but my guess would be Jwilliams and Hendrix end up being the 1-2 at SDE

Carr may well start this year - we need him to really progress - he/saulsberry/juco will be competing for that DT spot

Danny O'brien will be in the 2 deep at DT.

I'm looking forward to seeing how much stronger, faster and smarter in techinque these freshmen from last year and the EEs from this year will be. The learning experience on how to read offenses cannot be overlooked. Not getting out of position is the first step in team speed.

Vereen was looking like a total beast and then he got hurt in preseason. I don't think he was ever quite as dominating after that injury last year.

i was just using the same terminology as the UT sports depth chart - he was at nose guard last year so my guess is he stays there and takes over as starter for dan hood

the other DT spot was what I was referring to - that is the one where they want the more athletic penetrating type DT

Kendall Vickers is gaining some buzz, and Miller will also surprise IMO
