Carolina Panthers

How embarrassing. About 10 minutes before kickoff, you could see that 80% of the stadium was still empty. Also, I read several tweets saying Giants fans were at least making it 50/50 in there.
Rivera was outcoached in a big way. Wish we had a GM like they've got...well...just about anywhere.

I don't have a problem with the interview, in fact I like that he seemed genuinely hurt and disgusted by their performance.

Hopefully this adversity will make them stronger.

Smitty apparently flipped out on Cam on the sidelines after he got benched. Cam wouldn't even watch Anderson play. He just sat there with the towel over his head pouting. I just heard Smitty's presser where he said it isn't just about football, but Cam needs to grow up and be a man here. I agree.
We want him to be the coach on the field, like the great QBs in the league. How would you feel if Rivera acted like that? Not very motivating.

I agree 100% that Cam has to show more maturity and leadership, but I would be more concerned if he wasn't distraught or was blaming others.

Hopefully last night was Cam's wake up call

How he and the team respond in the next few weeks, should be very telling.

Feel free to not put it mildly. His body language is similar to Young's when things go wrong, IMO. Steve Smith might agree with me.

Steve smith is the poster boy for having a great attitude when things don't go well.

And I honestly don't mind it. Guys who are disgusted with losing like Cam, Smitty, etc. are key figures to have on a team. Losing should be unacceptable. But, I do see the argument that Cam needs to take losses a little better.

He knows that he has to improve, but he also needs to take the next step off the field into becoming a team leader by getting involved with his teammates on the sidelines. I see what Smitty is saying in that regard, but I still also admire how Cam feels about losing, because it shows he wants to win and be great.

Questionable calls at the end of the game but it doesn't really matter. This team is simply not very good and lacks coaching. Hurney and Rivera need to be gone.
