Panthers cut Hendon Hooker from the practice squad. Maybe Heupel needs to hire him as a consultant since he seemed to be able to digest Heupel's scheme pretty well.

I thought after last week that maybe we were going to open up the offense, similar to how we closed out last season. So much for that. If Bryce is the guy, let him sling it a little, Rico can’t run for 200 every week. If you won’t let Bryce sling it (or maybe he really can’t) then you gotta find somebody else. We’re 6-6 when we could easily be 8-4.
