The men football recruiting has a thread to just post information on potential recruits. no comments - just info.

That is needed currently for 2017 recruiting.

Cara "Moon" Ursin. She won back to back Louisiana GPOY awards. Has a lot of upside to her ever growing skills. She's an athlete!! She's fast and can jump out of the gym.

Were in the mix on Ursin but if she gets an offer from LSU I think she will take it. She wants to play close to home and LSU is about as close as it gets.

I remember way back in the day when it was important to be able to shoot the ball and score. Boy am I glad the LV staff doesn't have that kind of antiquated thinking.

v7 don't get your heart broken if she decides Texas or Baylor instead of Tennessee. She ain't wandering too far from home.

Cara Ursin does look good, though. Swagger, indeed. She's exactly what The Lady Vols are in need of.

I would think she would have an offer from LSU. LSU may be listed in the "among others." Maybe she's not interested. Texas and Baylor are loaded the next few seasons.

Give me any guard that's able to knock down a 3 pointer on a consistent basis and is able to make a layup and I'll be happy, regardless of ranking!

Yeah, that's what I was trying to say in my post above. Tennessee has had all kinds of fantastic athletes that can't dribble, shoot, or score. I just want somebody that can shoot the ball.

I know it's spilt milk but that's why I hate the circumstances that prevented Tucker from playing..(A Holly recruit btw) Idk what she would have been capable of 100% healthy in college but in high school and USA basketball, the girl could score from the perimeter. She's the type of guard we were sorely missing this year with the inconsistencies of DeShields and the rest of our guards. Tucker was known for her offensive prowess and I really hate her career was cut short at UT.

Nevertheless we're on the same page when it comes to recruiting nowadays. We need scorers and penetrators, otherwise we'll continue to just be "Elite" year after year. Good guard play is a must for this team and Mercedes to fully reach its potential.
